Occupational Health and Safety Training: Preventing Daily Risks

Occupational health and safety training aims to protect the physical and mental health of employees. It helps identify potential hazards related to work and helps employees adopt the right behaviors to work in a safer environment.

A Comprehensive Approach to Creating a Culture of Prevention

Our occupational health and safety training courses provide an in-depth look at the physical and psychological challenges employees face on a daily basis. Topics covered include musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), the leading cause of occupational illness in France, with an analysis of risk factors (repetitiveness, excessive strain, awkward postures) and the development of techniques to alleviate physical strain. Movements and postures are studied in detail, in conjunction with real-life situations encountered in workplaces, to offer ergonomic alternatives and practical recommendations that can be applied immediately.

Beyond physical risks, our training also includes psychosocial risks (PSR): stress management, mental load, relational tensions, professional isolation, etc. Participants learn to identify warning signs, adopt preventive attitudes and encourage constructive dialogue within the team.

Analytical tools, such as the root cause tree or observation grids, are also offered to understand the circumstances of a workplace accident and prevent its recurrence. Through participatory teaching methods—role-playing, case studies, experience sharing, and practical workshops—trainees become actors in their own safety and proactive in improving their work environment.

Adapted to the specific constraints of each sector (industry, construction, services, logistics, etc.), these training courses promote collective responsibility, sustainably reduce absenteeism and contribute to a healthier, more productive and more humane working environment.
